Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet hair is removed and the original tags are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
